Jim Lee
In 1977, I took a summer job as an installer trainee for a small stereo company in Spokane during a break from WSU. I immediately fell in love with the business. It has been a long, beautiful summer. I have since spent over 40 years in the industry. I’ve been fortunate to work with and learn from influential figures like Saul Marantz, David Wilson, Jim White, George Cardas, Neil Sinclair, Jim Thiel, Mark Levinson, Amy Hanson, and Dan D’Agostino—each of whom helped me understand how to optimize an audio system’s sound.
I believe music is one of life’s greatest emotional mysteries. Over the past four decades, I’ve witnessed countless times in our showroom and clients’ homes the profound impact music has when reproduced correctly.
Achieving perfect sound involves countless details, from the electricity entering our homes to the speakers, and finally to our ears and brains. When every aspect is carefully considered, the result is truly magical and satisfying. The millions of high-resolution recordings available at our fingertips today, when reproduced properly, can truly touch our souls, offering a window into the artist’s original intent. This soul-to-soul communication is what it’s all about for me, and I’ve dedicated my life to helping our customers experience it.
At Nuts About Hi-Fi, every member of our team shares this obsession. We offer the absolute best equipment available to achieve this goal, and our dedication to customer service is unmatched.
Best regards,
Jim Lee
