Project Manager by day, super-hero by night.
I took a strong interest in computers as a teenager. In High School I got my first job doing security systems and structured wiring with an outfit in Portland, Oregon. By my sixth month working full time, I was managing projects and the lead programmer for the company. I have worked on several projects that have received awards from the CEDIA Electronic Lifestyles competition. I came to Nuts About Hi-Fi in December 2006, and have since expanded my knowledge of structured and integrated audio and video systems into the world of true high fidelity. The Nuts About Hi-Fi approach and style is very unique, in that we deliver a hands-on experience with every customer, every time. I have been fortunate enough to spend countless hours in our store with Jim and our customers gaining knowledge every day.
When I'm not working I spend a fair amount of my free time on my computer - doing website development, photo editing, and of course; playing games. I have recently taken interest in road cycling. I participated in the LIVESTRONG Challenge in Seattle in 2009 - a 100 Mile fund raising event for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. I also participate in local cycling events through the Cascade Cycle club, Tacoma Wheelman's Bicycle Club, and other local organizations.
