I want to thank you for your personal service you have given my wife and myself throughout the past fifteen years.  Whenever I am unsure about a product your expertise has always helped me make a decision I have never regretted. Your honest and integrity is beyond reproach when it comes to an industry where everyone is out to “make a quick buck”

That is why I never hesitate to call you when I have a question on equipment or have already made up my mind just to purchase.

Being a musician and in electronic sales myself, Jim has never hesitated to come out to our house on his own time (an unheard of luxury in this business).
